STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT

We have some amazing new finishing equipment at our factories, enabling us to provide design enhancements that will knock your sox off. Finishing we never thought was possible is now at our fingertips.

Laser Die Cutting- This process creates die cuts that are so intricate and precise, it seems impossible. It’s the latest and greatest technology for die cutting.

Multi-level Varnish Coating– this process creates a super glossy coating which looks like a combination of embossing and spot UV. For creating contrast on any printed piece, this finishing technique is one of the best available.

Foil Etching Techniques– You can create super-detailed effects on regular foil utilizing this technique. Creating contrast and depth using laser etching, it almost makes regular foils look holographic.

Hot and Cold Foil Stamping– Depending on the detail of the foil area, the application and the colors you are printing on your piece, cold foil may be the best option for you. Let us take a look at your designs, we can help find the best foil option for you.

Film lamination offerings– Gloss film lamination, Soft touch matte, scuff resistant matte, lay flat matte. Polyester film, Polypropylene film, Nylon film… There’s SO MANY! Again, we can help you find the one that’s right for your project. If you don’t need it, you shouldn’t pay for it….
